Dr. Gogte has a more than 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur. She holds a PhD in Finance and has served as the Director of a Management Institute. She supports the business entrepreneurs in business management, administration and human resource by actively contributing as an experts to various organizations & institutes. She has also authored a text book ‘Start-up & New Venture Management’ for MBA studies of University of Pune.
